When looking over the supplement section of your local grocery store, you probably have come across a number of different products you've never heard of. One of these supplements might be "Sensoril."

This is a plant native to India (although it spans down into regions of Africa as well). The root portion is what the supplement comes from.

Sensoril is basically a supercharged version of ashwagandha. It is eight times as powerful as the more traditional supplement.

That is because Sensoril is made from ashwagandha extract, which allows it to pack more of the stress-fighting ingredients into a single supplement. 

A single supplement is 450 mg. It is recommended you take a single supplement once a day. This is the same as taking eight ashwagandhas per day. 

Now, if you have never taken ashwagandha before, we highly recommend you start with the base supplement first. Your body needs to become accustomed to it in your system.
